Puppet Warp Tutorial (Adobe Photoshop)

August 11, 2014

Puppet Warp is a strong new tool in Photoshop, if you haven’t tried it yet Here’s a guide to get you started. This feature allows you to animate still objects by creating and moving control pins. Think of your graphic as a puppet and the pins are the joints and where the marionette strings attach. Puppet warp is great at taking isolated layered objects and bending part or all of the graphic. In this tutorial we will explore two main ways use it: what I call ‘Bend it all’ and ‘Bend part’.
